Job summary

Neighborly Software is seeking a Client Support Specialist to be the first contact for clients seeking help and to ensure accurate configuration of client systems in a mission-driven, SaaS environment.

Based remotely with optional Atlanta, GA location, you’ll collaborate with Client Success Managers, maintain SLAs, and contribute to programs supporting HUD, Disaster Recovery, Solar and Treasury initiatives that transform communities.

Responsibilities

• Be the first point of contact for clients via phone, video, and email.
• Manage updates to client systems with precision and care.
• Partner with Client Success Managers to configure new clients.
• Review peer configurations to ensure accuracy, impact and consistency.
• Solve problems creatively while following best practices and SLAs.
• Collaborate with teammates in the Client Support team.
