You will collaborate with Client Success Managers to configure new client applications, review configurations for accuracy, and solve problems professionally while meeting SLAs.

Responsibilities

• Be the first point of contact for clients needing support via phone, video, and email
• Manage updates to client systems with precision and care
• Partner with Client Success Managers to build and configure new client applications
• Review peer configurations to ensure accuracy, impact and consistency
• Solve problems creatively with professionalism while following best practices and SLAs
• Collaborate with teammates in Client Support team
