Job summary

Neighborly Software, headquartered in Atlanta, GA, is hiring a Client Support Specialist. Be the first point of contact for clients via phone, video, and email, and help manage updates to client systems as part of onboarding and ongoing support.

You will collaborate with Client Success Managers to configure new client applications, review configurations for accuracy, and solve problems professionally while meeting SLAs.

The base salary range for this role is $55,000–$60,000 USD per year. Actual base pay will depend on factors such as experience, skills, and qualifications. This range reflects base salary only and does not include potential bonus, benefits, or other forms of compensation, which may also be part of the total offer.
