Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 2+ years of call center, customer service, or client-facing support experience.
• Ability to work across multiple software platforms.
• Strong grammar and spelling in English.
• Discretion handling confidential information.
• Strong problem-solving and attention to detail.
• Experience meeting quality, accuracy, or performance metrics.

Responsibilities

• Handle inbound calls for multiple client accounts with professionalism and efficiency.
• Follow client scripts, procedures, and service standards.
• Gather, verify, and document caller information with a high degree of accuracy.
• Schedule appointments and relay messages correctly.
• Provide clear, accurate product and service information.
• Process online reservations.
• Handle difficult or escalated calls with composure and sound judgment.
• Meet or exceed Quality Assurance standards.
• Maintain working knowledge of all assigned client programs and accounts.
