Job summary

NextPlay Recruitment is adding a Client Support Representative to our team. This is an internal, full-time remote position. You will be the day-to-day contact for the businesses we recruit for, ensuring questions are answered and searches keep moving.

You will answer questions by phone and email, share updates on searches, gather details, keep records current, and coordinate with recruiters to resolve issues. We offer training and daily collaboration with the team.

Qualifications

• Experience in client support, account coordination, or customer service.
• Polished, professional communication in writing and on the phone.
• Careful attention to detail and reliable follow-through.
• Ease working across email, calendars, spreadsheets, and new software.
• A quiet home workspace and reliable high-speed internet.
• Authorization to work in the United States.

Responsibilities

• Answer client questions by phone and email and reply the same business day
• Share updates on open searches, interview schedules, and candidate status
• Take in new hiring requests and gather the details recruiters need to start
• Keep client records, notes, and next steps current in our systems
• Coordinate with recruiters to resolve issues and confirm the outcome with the client
• Notice recurring questions and suggest ways to serve clients better
