Job summary

PedrosVacations is seeking a Remote Client Support Specialist to assist clients with communication, scheduling, follow-up, and travel-related planning, all from a fully remote position with training provided. You will handle reservations, itinerary details, accommodations, transportation, and activities, while maintaining accurate client records and providing timely updates.

Prior experience is not required; training and ongoing support are provided to help you grow in client-service and travel

As a Remote Client Support Specialist, you'll help keep client requests organized, provide timely updates, and assist with reservations, itinerary details, accommodations, transportation, or activities when needed.

Previous experience is not required. Training and ongoing support are provided.
