Job summary

Parmele Disability Advocates in Missouri is seeking a compassionate Client Support Representative to guide clients through the Social Security disability process. You will be the primary contact, delivering timely updates and empathetic service during challenging times.

You will coordinate with SSA and internal teams, collect accurate client information, and help keep cases moving forward with a focus on confidentiality and professionalism. Hybrid/remote work options are available.

Qualifications

• Prior customer service experience.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Exceptional attention to detail and follow-through.

• Self-motivated with the ability to work independently in a remote environment.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a primary contact for clients throughout the disability claims process.
• Respond to client questions with professionalism, empathy, and urgency.
• Communicate with the SSA regarding case status and updates.
• Collect, document, and maintain detailed and accurate client information.
• Monitor case timelines and deadlines to support timely progression.
• Prepare routine correspondence and case-related documentation.
• Collaborate with attorneys, case managers, and support staff to ensure exceptional client service.
• Perform administrative tasks to support legal teams and case development.
• Maintain confidentiality and comply with firm policies and procedures.
