Job summary

Parmele Disability Advocates is seeking a compassionate Client Support Representative to guide clients through the Social Security Disability process, serving as the primary contact, providing timely updates, and offering reassurance throughout their journey.

In this hybrid/remote role, you will communicate with clients, SSA, and internal teams to keep cases moving forward, ensure accurate client information, and deliver excellent service during a challenging period.

Qualifications

• Prior customer service experience and strong communication skills.
• Ability to stay calm, professional, and compassionate in stressful situations.
• Self-motivated with the ability to work independently in a remote environment.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a primary point of contact for clients throughout the disability claims process.
• Respond to client questions with professionalism, empathy, and urgency.
• Communicate with the SSA regarding case status and updates.
• Collect, document, and maintain detailed client information.
• Monitor case timelines and support timely progression.
• Prepare routine correspondence and case-related documentation.
• Collaborate with attorneys, case managers, and staff to ensure client service.
• Perform administrative tasks to support legal teams.
• Maintain confidentiality and follow firm policies.
