Job summary

BELAY Solutions is seeking a Client Success Consultant (CSC) to foster trusted advisor relationships with clients and contractors, ensuring services align with needs and expectations. You will drive client retention, support revenue growth, and provide strategic consulting in a remote environment near Atlanta, GA, with occasional travel.

You will collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely delivery, upsell BELAY solutions, and maintain meticulous records in CRM and Google Workspace.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.
• Strong verbal and written communication with professional presentation.
• Experience in client-facing roles.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities.

Responsibilities

• Serve as liaison between clients, contractors and internal teams for timely service delivery.
• Communicate and influence effectively with executive stakeholders.
• Understand client objectives to provide strategic guidance and upsell BELAY solutions.
• Develop action plans with clients and track progress to ensure exceptional experience.
• Maintain CRM and Google Workspace documentation up-to-date.
