Job summary

Walker Advertising is seeking a Customer Success Specialist for its Contact Center and Sales team in the United States. You will drive client acquisition and satisfaction by connecting potential clients with attorney partners, building relationships, and ensuring seamless agreement execution.

You will manage intake, follow-up, and ongoing client relations, while collaborating with attorneys to ensure smooth handoffs and adherence to protocols.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience in sales, customer service, or law office.
• Proven ability to meet or exceed performance and sales targets.
• Familiarity with CRM systems or case management software.

Responsibilities

• Client Intake: obtain information from potential clients and qualify leads.
• Follow-Up: present agreements and assist with electronic execution.
• Client Relations: provide timely, professional responses and act as liaison between clients and attorneys.
• Documentation: ensure intake forms and documents are completed, signed, and filed.
• Confidentiality: handle all client information securely and per standards.
• Collaboration: work with attorneys and staff to transition clients to case management.
• Maintain a high billable rate and meet quarterly targets.
• Support team with coaching, problem solving, or chase leads.
• Handle difficult clients with minimal coaching.
• Adhere to call quality and chase protocols; minimize penalties.
• Participate in team meetings and onboarding activities.
