Circana is seeking a client support professional to ensure successful Emiri deployments and bridge product support, UX, and development. You will investigate issues, coordinate resolutions, and coach commercial teams on Liquid AI configurations.

Qualifications

• Analytical and problem-solving skills to investigate user reports, logs, and behavior.
• Strong communication abilities, simplifying technical concepts for non-technical users.
• Tech-curious mindset with a process-driven approach to manage issues, QA and feedback loops.
• Familiarity with Circana tools, including Unify+, model/report building, and Emiri.
• Experience with data-driven AI tools and troubleshooting technical issues.
• Experience using Jira and Confluence for issue tracking and documentation.
• 5+ years of client support for data analytics and reporting.
• Knowledge of AI systems, NLP tools, or ML products.

Responsibilities

• Apply a voice of customer lens to surface enhancements and influence the product roadmap.
• Own root-cause identification and resolution across features, bugs, and user education.
• Coach commercial teams on Liquid AI configuration and functionality; support client meetings.
• Help with setup, configuration, and QA of client models.
• Drive continuous improvement of support processes, tools, and education materials.
• Clearly communicate guidance and resolutions to users or internal teams.
• Test new enhancements or fixes prior to release for quality assurance.
• Prepare concise write-ups of bugs or feature requests for the dev team.
