Circana is seeking an Engagement Lead for Liquid AI to drive end-to-end AI deployment engagements across CPG, General Merchandise, and Retail clients. You’ll sponsor, guide, and scale deployment projects, partnering with senior client leaders and Circana teams to realize measurable business value.

The role emphasizes executive sponsorship, cross-functional leadership, and sophisticated change management to deliver repeatable, scalable AI outcomes for diverse clients.

Qualifications

• Significant experience sponsoring and leading enterprise client engagements.
• Experience leading technology deployments and achieving business outcomes.
• Strong understanding of AI technologies and their applications in business settings.

Responsibilities

• Define and lead the overall client engagement strategy for AI deployments.
• Lead cross-functional deployment teams and govern execution.
• Advise clients on best deployment practices and change management.
• Oversee deployment lifecycle from sales to post-deployment support.
• Build strong relationships with client stakeholders and executives.
