Qualifications

• 3–5 years progressive client service experience.
• Experience with a premier Consumer Packaged Goods (CPG) company.
• Proven ability to manage complex client deliverables.
• Strong analytic and quantitative abilities, problem solving skills, and attention to detail.
• Excellent organizational skills and written/verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership and management of client relationships, translating needs into solutions.
• Demonstrate technical leadership by managing end-to-end content delivery.
• Increase client satisfaction with Unify reporting, delivering faster insights.
• Synthesize content clearly in written and verbal form.
