Hive Digital is seeking a Customer Services Representative to act as project coordinator for clients across digital marketing services. You will provide exceptional client service, facilitate meetings, and build tasks in Asana while tracking progress and timelines.

Ideal candidates have 1–2 years of workplace experience and a strong ability to prioritize, communicate, and adapt in a fast-paced agency environment with remote/hybrid options for local Raleigh-Durham candidates.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are essential.
• Ability to identify internal process improvements and drive changes.
• Ability to prioritize competing tasks and manage time effectively.
• 1–2 years of workplace experience; more experience is welcome.

Responsibilities

• Act as the project coordinator for clients across digital marketing service areas.
• Provide exemplary customer service to client contacts.
• Facilitate client and internal meetings and record next steps.
• Build out tasks in Asana and track progress.
• Ensure projects are completed on time and within budget.
• Communicate clearly with all stakeholders and coordinate timelines.
