Job summary

VytlOne is seeking a Client Success Manager to improve efficiency and quality within the Client Services division. You will design systems, processes, and tools to empower the team and support PBM clients across the US.

The role blends operations excellence with stakeholder communication, leading cross-functional initiatives, managing internal programs, and maintaining client-facing materials. A strong PM and process design background is essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required or equivalent, in Business, Healthcare Administration, Operations Management, or related field.
• 5+ years of process-improvement leadership experience; cross-functional project work.
• Experience in client services or PBM environments is highly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead process-improvement initiatives across Client Services to improve compliance, efficiency and quality.
• Manage internal improvement projects, timelines, accountability, and risk.
• Oversee vendor relationships, onboarding, and performance management for third parties.
• Create and maintain client-facing marketing materials and internal communications.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.
