Sales Match is seeking a Client Onboarding Agent to join its remote support team. You will guide new clients through setup, verify details, and keep accurate CRM records. This contract role is fully remote with a 40-hour week and flexible schedule within Florida-based timeframes.

You’ll answer questions, follow checklists, and ensure a smooth onboarding experience. You’ll work with clients and account contacts, using approved materials to minimize delays and improve service activation.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• No experience required; related client support or admin experience is a plus.
• Familiarity with CRM and support platform workflows.
• Ability to follow checklists and explain steps clearly.
• Access to a reliable computer and a quiet workspace.
• Authorized to work in the United States.

Responsibilities

• Review onboarding requests in a Support platform, check history, and start setup.
• Confirm service selection and contact details, asking questions when missing.
• Create or update client profiles in a CRM with accurate data.
• Guide clients through standard activation steps and show where to find information.
• Answer routine questions using approved materials, avoiding guesses.
• Check setup details for completeness and correct errors, clarifying as needed.
• Follow up on outstanding actions and log responses and future steps.
• Escalate access issues to the team lead with steps taken.
• Confirm completion of onboarding steps and send a recap and notes.
• Meet quality standards with timely, accurate entries and follow-up.
