Talentoma is seeking a Client Onboarding Agent to support new clients remotely from Florida. The role focuses on verifying onboarding requests, guiding activation steps, and ensuring accurate CRM entries.

You will interact with clients and the support team to minimize delays and provide clear next steps. Ideal candidates have strong communication, attention to detail, and a basic familiarity with CRM platforms.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Authorization to work in the United States.
• 40-hour weekly commitment.
• Ability to follow checklists and provide clear information.
• CRM and support platform experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Review onboarding requests and verify history before starting setup.
• Confirm service selection and contact details with clients.
• Create or update client profiles in CRM with verified data.
• Guide clients through activation steps and explain access.
• Answer routine questions using approved materials.
• Check setup details for completeness and correct errors.
• Follow up on outstanding actions and log next steps.
• Escalate access issues to the team lead.
• Confirm onboarding steps are complete and close the request.
• Meet quality standards with timely notes and follow-up.
