Job summary

700Credit is seeking a Client Success Onboarding Specialist to join our team from Florida or Georgia. You will manage the implementation and training of our solutions for new and existing clients, ensuring on-time delivery and high customer satisfaction.

As the primary client contact, you will guide business process improvements, provide ongoing training, and coordinate with sales for cross-sell opportunities, while maintaining thorough records.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in customer service or account management.
• Strong knowledge of the automotive industry.
• Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail.
• Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent professional experience.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end client implementation: oversee the full process with plans and documentation.
• Support business process improvement by guiding best practices for adoption.
• Serve as the primary client contact during and after implementation.
• Compile compliance reports to meet internal policies and regulations.
• Act as trainer and coach to maximize client value of 700Credit products.
• Analyze and resolve client issues to ensure positive outcomes.
• Assist in product launches and post-launch follow-up with clients.
• Contribute to team success by supporting the Implementation team.
• Track and document all client communications for clear records.
• Inform clients about new product features and updates.
• Generate cross-sell opportunities with the sales team.
