Job summary

Valligent, a Veros Software company, seeks a Client Relationship Manager to strengthen existing client relationships, support onboarding, and identify opportunities to better serve clients with the right products and solutions. This role reports to the VP of Operations and collaborates with Sales, Operations, clients, and prospective clients.

You are a strong communicator, highly organized, and client-focused in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong customer service or client relationship skills.
• Good judgment and the ability to make thoughtful decisions.
• Strong organization, planning, and follow-through.
• Ability to work independently while collaborating with Sales, Operations, and leadership.
• Professionalism and discretion with confidential information.
• Typing speed of at least 45 words per minute.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain relationships with current and prospective clients.
• Support Sales by identifying client needs and product opportunities.
• Provide high-quality client experiences through clear communication and reliable follow-through.
• Assist with onboarding new clients and explaining Valligent’s products and processes.
• Learn Valligent’s offerings to recommend fit-for-purpose solutions.
• Monitor client reporting and service-level expectations to ensure satisfaction.
• Escalate issues to leadership when needed.
