Visa Hunt is seeking a Client Management Officer for a remote role. You will serve as the primary point of contact for clients, coordinating staffing services and ensuring timely communication with recruiters.

We value 2–4 years of client management experience, strong communication, and the ability to work independently from a remote setup. This position requires Philippines-based candidates willing to work US hours.

Qualifications

• 2–4 years of experience in client management, account management, staffing, recruitment, or related functions.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to manage multiple clients and job orders simultaneously.
• Highly organized with strong attention to detail.
• Proficient in remote work tools (e.g., email, CRM, project management platforms).
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Based in the Philippines and willing to work US time zones.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day communication with clients, addressing concerns, updates, and service requirements.
• Gather and understand client hiring needs and relay information to recruiters and internal teams.
• Coordinate with recruitment teams to track progress on job orders and ensure alignment with client expectations.
• Maintain accurate documentation of client interactions, job orders, and updates.
• Assist in resolving issues related to candidate submissions, interviews, and hiring activities.
• Build and maintain long-term client relationships to support business retention and growth.
• Prepare and deliver reports, updates, and performance summaries as needed.
• Support process improvements to enhance client experience and operational efficiency.
