Job summary

Austin Dakota Software is seeking a Client Success Manager to work fully remotely in the United States. You will guide clients through implementation, ensure adoption, and demonstrate business value to maximize retention.

Responsibilities include owning projects, creating SOWs, coordinating deployments, and driving renewals while maintaining strong client relationships and delivering high-quality presentations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Sales, Business Administration, or related field; Experience in a customer facing role, such as customer success, account management, sales or consulting
• Experience in Customer Success in a SaaS business preferred
• SaaS software sales experience preferred
• Skilled in time-management and prioritization to meet close deadlines
• Ability to deliver high-quality presentations

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary contact for new and existing clients.
• Advise and guide clients through software implementation.
• Ensure adoption and business value realization to retain customers.
• Own project accountability and escalate to resources as needed.
• Onboard clients and accelerate time to value.
• Collaborate with Business Analyst to determine solution.
• Create Statements of Work (SOWs) and project plans with milestones.
• Monitor work requests and schedule deployments to client sites.
• Manage project communications with stakeholders.
• Identify and manage project risks with clients.
• Maintain positive relationships and measure satisfaction.
• Mine current relationships for upsell, expansions and renewals.
• Keep management updated on major accounts.
