Job summary

BlueVoyant seeks a Client Success Manager III with strong Microsoft Security expertise to join a fully remote Client Success team. The role focuses on becoming the trusted advisor for enterprise customers, driving adoption, retention, and strategic alignment throughout the lifecycle.

You will work cross-functionally with Sales, Product, Services, and leadership to realize measurable value from BlueVoyant’s cybersecurity solutions and SaaS platform, while coordinating communications and program

Qualifications

• Experience building and improving customer engagement models and processes.
• Experience driving adoption and value realization for SaaS platforms and managed security services.
• Ability to manage strategic customer relationships with minimal oversight.
• Strong organizational and project management skills in fast-paced environments.
• 5+ years in Client Success or related technical customer-facing roles.

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary contact for a portfolio of enterprise customers and drive adoption, retention, and value.
• Lead quarterly business reviews and customer value discussions.
• Collaborate with Sales, Product, Services, and executives to align on customer strategy.
• Coordinate cross-functional engagement and escalations across internal teams.
• Transition customers from implementation to steady-state operations and establish engagement cadences.
• Identify growth opportunities and support renewals with sales teams.
• Communicate offerings and operating procedures clearly to customers.
