Job summary

AgileBlue in Cleveland, OH is seeking an energetic Customer Success Manager to own renewals and growth for a 50+ customer book. You’ll drive GRR/NRR, coordinate with teams, and advocate for customers in a fast-paced security SaaS environment.

You’ll report to the Director of Customer Success and work from 9000 Sweet Valley Drive, with hybrid, remote options. This role emphasizes value, adoption, and cross-functional collaboration.

Qualifications

• 2–5 years in customer success, account management, sales or related roles.
• Experience owning renewals, retention and growth (GRR/NRR).
• Comfort leading semi-technical security posture conversations with stakeholders.
• Experience running QBRs and value conversations, including product introductions.

Responsibilities

• Own GRR for your book: forecast accurately and lead renewals from signal to signature.
• Drive NRR through expansion: identify upsell, cross-sell, and add-on opportunities.
• Manage renewals from start to finish, aligning on value and pricing.
• Build trust-based relationships and advocate for customer outcomes.
• Lead security posture discussions and drive adoption of new features.
• Coordinate daily with Sales, Support, Product, and SOC teams.
• Lead quarterly business reviews and accurate GRR/NRR forecasting.
