Hire Overseas is seeking an Internal Customer Success Manager to own existing client relationships for a fast-growing offshore staffing platform. This role is 100% remote for U.S.-based candidates, with semi-monthly USD payroll, and you will directly support founders and top clients to ensure successful engagements.

You will manage regular check-ins, ensure candidate quality for client opportunities, and leverage offshore talent markets in the Philippines, Latin America, or Africa.

Competenze

• ,Relevant experience in customer success, account management, staffing, or recruiting.
• Clear, real, personal written communication is required.
• Background in staffing, recruiting, or offshore hiring may be beneficial.
