Job summary

Senior Living SMART is seeking a Client Success Manager to own strategic relationships and lead marketing roadmaps for assigned accounts. You will translate performance data into insights, coordinate cross-functional teams, and drive measurable ROI for clients.

You will collaborate with strategy, technology, content, SEO, paid media, analytics, and client success to ensure client goals are met while upholding SPICE values in daily work.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Marketing, Business, Communications or related field.
• Minimum 4 years of progressive marketing or client-facing experience.
• Proven ability to build strategy and manage client relationships.
• Ability to translate data into actionable insights for clients.
• Strong communication, presentation, and project coordination skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead assigned client relationships with strategic ownership and proactive communication.
• Develop and maintain client marketing strategy and roadmaps aligned with goals and KPIs.
• Translate performance data into insights and actionable recommendations.
• Coordinate internal teams to ensure work is aligned, scoped, and on-track.
• Support discussions with clients, ensuring accountability and clear next steps.
• Stay current on senior living marketing trends and SLS practices.
