You will handle US client interactions across chat, voice, and email, acting as the primary liaison and coordinating with internal teams to meet SLAs.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of experience in client servicing or customer support.
• Experience working with US clients preferred.
• Experience handling chat and voice processes.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day communication with US clients through voice, chat, and email.
• Serve as the primary point of contact (SPOC) for clients via phone and email.
• Coordinate with internal teams, especially QA, to ensure timely delivery of service.
• Address client queries and resolve issues promptly, meeting SLAs and client expectations.
• Help generate revenue and contribute to achieving KPIs.
• Understand client requirements and coordinate with internal VA teams for timely execution.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships.
• Follow up on requests and ensure timely resolution.
• Monitor service quality and client satisfaction.
• Maintain accurate records of client interactions and requirements.
