Velera is seeking a Service Executive I to oversee the servicing relationship for assigned clients across all lines of business. You will coordinate with the Client Growth Executive, enterprise units, and vendor partners to drive implementation, resolve issues, and deliver strategic outcomes that align with Velera standards.

You will mentor team members, manage complex client interactions, and provide regular status updates and executive-level reviews.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in related field or combination of education and relevant experience.
• 3+ years of client relationship or client servicing experience in the financial services.
• Project Management experience preferred.

Responsabilités

• Manage overall servicing relationship of assigned clients across all lines of business.
• Coordinate client initiatives and escalations with internal teams.
• Develop strategic plans and deliverables with the Client Growth Executive and enterprise business units.
• Ensure regulatory compliance and successful delivery of initiatives.
• Provide status reports and client presentations to Velera leadership and client executives.
