Velera Solutions, LLC is seeking a Service Executive I to manage the servicing relationship for a diverse client portfolio across all business lines. You will collaborate with the Client Growth Executive and enterprise units to implement strategic plans and operational programs, driving client satisfaction and Velera product adoption.

Qualificações

• Bachelor’s Degree in related field or combination of education and relevant experience preferred.
• Three (3) years of client relationship or client servicing experience within financial services required.
• Experience driving strategic initiatives, client outcomes and customer success required. Project management experience preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Oversee the servicing relationship for assigned clients across all lines of business.
• Coordinate with Client Growth Executive and leader teams to implement strategic plans and programs.
• Advocate for clients to improve service delivery and promote Velera products and services.
• Manage client escalations, deliver resolutions and ensure adherence to regulatory requirements.
• Lead and mentor teams on complex client initiatives and projects.
