Job summary

Lancesoft is seeking a Client Success Operations Analyst to develop metrics from Salesforce, Snowflake, Qlik and Smartsheet, supporting client success from onboarding to engagement. You will leverage MS Excel, PowerPoint, SFDC, ServiceNow, Highspot, and Qlik Sense to ensure data accuracy and drive KPI visibility.

The role emphasizes audits, real-time KPI insights, and collaboration with a Hyderabad-based Backoffice team to deliver insightful metrics for a global client success function.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's in Data Science is highly desired or equivalent experience.
• Experience in a dynamic, fast-paced tech environment.
• Experience with Highspot, MS Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint, Smartsheet, ServiceNow, Qlik Sense and SFDC.
• Ability to present data, observations and recommendations based on insights.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate in the preparation of weekly, monthly, quarterly, and year-end reports with timely, error-free delivery.
• Provide real-time KPI insights using Snowflake, Qlik, ServiceNow, SFDC.
• Integrate data from multiple sources to generate metrics and reduce manual data entry.
• Create visualizations in Smartsheet, SFDC, ServiceNow, Highspot and Qlik Sense.
• Partner with Backoffice in Hyderabad, India to provide ad hoc metrics and translate into insights.
• Communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders, including executive leadership.
