Job summary

Inspiren is looking for a highly organized, data-driven Client Success Operations Manager to scale our Clinical Success operations. You will optimize processes, manage Salesforce and CS tools, and deliver insights that empower our CSMs to improve retention and growth.

You will partner with Sales, Product, and Marketing to align data, drive operational excellence, and enable the team with training and playbooks.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business or related field; clinical background a plus.
• 5+ years in operations, preferably SaaS/tech.
• Experience managing Salesforce and CS platforms (Gainsight, ChurnZero, Totango).
• Strong analytics and ability to translate data into insights.
• Excellent project management and organizational skills.
• Experience with data visualization tools is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Develop scalable processes and workflows for the Clinical Success team.
• Manage and optimize Clinical Success tech stack and data integrity.
• Create dashboards and reports tracking churn, retention, satisfaction.
• Collaborate with Sales, Product, Marketing for data alignment.
• Provide training on tools and processes.
• Support CSMs with daily operational enablement.
