The role focuses on developing templates, dashboards, and standardized processes to support strategic accounts. Qualified candidates have 5+ years in sales analytics/operations, a Bachelor's degree in science or business, and strong data analysis, reporting, and project management skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in science or business; advanced degree preferred.
• 5+ years in sales analytics/operations or related field.
• Finance and Planning analysis in products/services industries.

Responsibilities

• Develop, maintain, and optimize templates and standard ways of working for internal communications and continuous improvement.
• Collect current view of processes and templates used by strategic accounts; prioritize standardization and analytics; develop and roll out templates.
• Support strategic account leaders to use and improve standards.
• Collaborate with Commercial Operations, Finance, and IT to optimize data collection and content development.
• Lead internal planning meetings with clear objectives and follow-up to drive project execution.
• Represent the Strategic Accounts team in surveys, RFIs/RFPs, and complex requests to deliver efficient solutions.
