Qualifications

• Authorized to work in the U.S.
• Must be at least 18 years old and legally eligible to work in the United States
• Provide own computer/laptop, webcam, reliable internet, and remote workspace
• Complete required training and virtual meetings
• Obtain the appropriate Life & Health Insurance License before licensed activities
• Complete pre-licensing coursework and state licensing at candidate’s expense
• No prior insurance experience required

Responsibilities

• Meet with clients virtually over Zoom to discuss their needs
• Build strong, long-term client relationships
• Participate in ongoing mentorship and team development
• Help clients explore supplemental benefit options tailored to their needs
• Explain enrollment clearly and professionally
• Deliver high-quality, client-focused service
• Keep digital records accurate and manage timely follow-up
