Job summary

Prepory is seeking an Admissions Officer (Account Manager) to own the family relationship from orientation to final admissions decisions. You will run orientations, conduct check-ins with parents, and coordinate with coaches to ensure families receive the expected experience.

You’ll mentor admissions coaches, support renewals and added programming, and manage enrollments while maintaining a cohort of up to 15 students.

Qualifications

• Hands-on admissions knowledge with ability to answer most questions on live calls.
• Calm and composed in front of diverse families.
• Comfort with the commercial aspects of the role including renewals and add-ons.
• Availability to work at least one evening per week and 12 Saturdays or Sundays per year.
• Excellent listening, speaking, writing, and grammar; strong organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Own the family relationship from orientation through enrollment decisions.
• Serve as escalation point when expectations diverge and coordinate with the Client Success Director.
• Mentor admissions coaches on client communication and handling difficult conversations.
• Grow the relationship by proposing relevant Prepory programming and managing enrollments.
• Coach a cohort of up to 15 students with regular advising and application support.
• Track deadlines and help students build a balanced college list.
