Job summary

Prepory Coaching Group LLC in Davie, FL is seeking a Former Admissions Officer (Account Manager) for a full-time, client-facing role. You will own the family relationship from orientation through final admissions decisions, and mentor coaches on navigating challenging conversations and family dynamics.

You will manage a cohort of up to 15 students, run orientations, update families on progress, and drive enrollment renewals with a solutions-oriented approach.

Qualifications

• Admissions knowledge you can draw on in real time.
• Composure with families in the room.
• Comfort with the commercial side of the work (renewals, add-ons).
• Availability to work at least one evening per week and 12 Saturdays or Sundays per year.
• Excellent listening, speaking, writing, and grammar skills, plus strong organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Own the family relationship—from orientation through final admissions decisions.
• Lead new student orientations and parent check-in meetings.
• Mentor coaches on client communication and student needs.
• Collaborate with program leadership to adjust programming when students' needs change.
• Drive re-enrollments and referrals with care and integrity.
• Coach a cohort of up to 15 students with regular advising sessions.
