Job summary

TEKsystems is seeking a Client Support Specialist to serve as the primary contact for a hospital client portfolio. The role emphasizes building relationships while investigating account issues, reconciling data, and producing client reports to ensure accuracy and satisfaction.

You will collaborate with Operations, IT, Finance, and other teams, maintain detailed documentation, and participate in process improvements.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in client support, account management, customer success, financial services, healthcare operations, banking, billing, or a related field.
• Experience managing ongoing client relationships, assigned accounts, or a book of business.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to investigate and resolve account-related issues.
• Experience reviewing reports, account data, payment information, or financial records.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to explain information clearly to clients and internal stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Manage an assigned portfolio of hospital clients and serve as primary contact.
• Build strong client relationships through proactive communication and ongoing support.
• Research and resolve account discrepancies, payment variances, balance concerns, and maintenance requests.
• Review, reconcile, and validate account information across multiple systems.
• Generate, analyze, and distribute client reporting related to account activity and performance.
