YipitData seeks a Client Strategy Manager to join our Corporate team. You will own and cultivate relationships with key brand and retail clients, becoming a trusted thought partner and driving adoption, value, and renewals.

You will coordinate with cross-functional partners to set account strategy, identify upsell opportunities, and deliver exceptional service. This remote-friendly role may sit anywhere in the US, with NYC salaries referenced and NY tax implications for certain locations.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3+ years of relevant client-facing experience.
• Ability to think holistically about an account and build strategic relationships.
• Passion for making clients successful and driving value creation.
• Proactive identification of value-adding opportunities for clients through discovery.
• Ability to manage a high-touch, high-volume client base.

Responsibilities

• Own and cultivate relationships with clients, driving value and deeper adoption.
• Develop and execute account growth and engagement strategies; advocate client needs cross-departmentally.
