Job summary

HelpfulRemote seeks a client-focused Manager to oversee relationships with major brand and retail clients for a market research and analytics platform. You will become an expert in clients’ challenges, drive product adoption and value, and collaborate with Account Executives and Solutions partners to support growth and renewals.

The role allows remote work nationwide in the United States with optional hubs in NYC, Austin, Miami, Denver, Mountain View, or Seattle.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of client-facing experience.
• Ability to build strategic relationships with key brand and retail clients.
• Proven ability to manage a high-touch, high-volume client base and identify upsell opportunities.
