Job summary

BairesDev is seeking a Delivery Manager to lead and scale a delivery organization serving 30+ US-based clients with a 4+ year IT/Tech track record. You will oversee multiple PMs, Scrum Masters, and engineers, shaping the delivery experience for enterprise accounts.

This role is fully remote, with competitive USD compensation and a focus on extreme performance and scalable processes. As a leader, you will drive P&L for your delivery area, ensure seamless client communication, and mentor teams

Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience in the IT/Tech industry.
• Experience leading a team of Project Managers.
• Advanced level of English.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage a team of up to 300 professionals including PMs, Scrum Masters, and Software Engineers.
• Own P&L responsibility for your area of delivery.
• Ensure effective, professional and clear communication between PMs and clients.

Delivery Manager at BairesDev

In this role, you'll lead and manage a team of up to 300 professionals, including Project Managers, Scrum Masters, and Software Engineers, serving over 30 US-based clients. Overseeing a team of 5 to 10 PMs depending on project complexity, you'll ensure rigorous process adherence, exhaustive reporting, and effective escalation across the organization. What You’ll Do:

• Closely monitor a team of PMs, ensuring all processes are followed and solid teamwork is achieved with collaborators across the organization.
• Own P&L responsibility for your area of delivery.
• Ensure communication between PMs and clients is effective, professional, and clear.
• Compile important HR topics and elevate them appropriately to the HRBP.
• Present complex problems clearly to Account Managers responsible for client relationships.
