Job summary

SitusAMC is hiring for a role supporting trade management and collateral-related services across client trades. You will generate timely trade reports, perform ad hoc analytics, and ensure senior stakeholders receive accurate, well-formatted outputs.

Applicants should have a Bachelor's degree and 3+ years in mortgage collateral or related areas, with strong Excel skills and attention to detail. Remote-friendly with comprehensive benefits and potential bonuses.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in a related field required or equivalent combination of education and experience
3+ years’ experience in reviewing mortgage collateral documents
Experience in Specialist I, Client Services Support I preferred
Some mortgage-related document knowledge preferred
Ability to conduct web-based research and compose professional correspondence

Responsibilities

Create and timely deliver accurate trade reporting to clients as defined by schedule
Complete ad hoc reporting requested by Client and Trade/Portfolio Manager
Ensure client reports are provided at least 24 hours before scheduled calls
Review loan/trade level reports and escalate issues to appropriate teams
Communicate with Functional/Reconciliation/Chain teams on high-priority tasks
Resolve loan level issues and ensure task/assignment compliance
Identify discrepancies and follow up to resolve issues
Coordinate document retrieval, CAM uploads, and pre-settlement timelines
Perform other duties as assigned by manager
