SitusAMC is seeking a detail-oriented professional to support mortgage collateral reporting across multiple client trades. You will deliver timely, accurate reports and coordinate with internal teams to resolve issues, ensuring high service levels for clients.

The role emphasizes data accuracy, strong Excel skills, and the ability to manage multiple tasks under tight deadlines within a collaborative team.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field required or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• 3 or more years’ experience or expert level knowledge in reviewing, assessing, and curing mortgage collateral documents.
• Prior experience in Specialist I, Client Services Support I strongly preferred.
• Some mortgage related document knowledge preferred.

Responsabilités

• Create and deliver accurate trade reporting to clients per schedule.
• Perform ad hoc reporting as requested by clients and managers.
• Ensure client reports are prepared and sent at least 24 hours before calls.
• Review loan and client reports to ensure timely progress and issue resolution.
• Communicate with Functional/Reconciliation/Chain teams on high priority tasks.
• Resolve loan level issues as assigned by other departments.
• Identify and resolve discrepancies in task coding or reporting.
• Coordinate document retrieval and pre-settlement timelines with custodians.
