Ideal candidates will have a Bachelor's degree or equivalent, 3+ years in mortgage collateral document review, and strong Excel skills for large data sets.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent
• 3+ years’ experience with mortgage collateral documents
• Preference for Specialist I / Client Services Support I
• Knowledge of mortgage documents helpful
• Research and resolve loan/task escalations
• Detail-oriented data entry and reporting quality
• Ability to compose professional correspondence independently
• Proficient with web-based research and Excel
• Team player able to collaborate under deadline pressure

Responsabilités

• Prepare and deliver accurate trade reporting per client schedule
• Complete ad hoc reports as requested by Client and Trade/Portfolio Manager
• Ensure reports reach clients at least 24 hours before calls
• Review trade-level reports to keep projects on track
• Communicate high-priority issues with related teams
• Resolve loan-level issues assigned by other teams
• Identify and correct discrepancies in task coding/reporting
• Coordinate retrievals of images and document management
• Support rush/document creation requests from clients and internal teams
• Other duties as assigned by manager
