SitusAMC is seeking a dedicated Client Services Support professional to manage mortgage collateral documents, report to clients, and coordinate cross-functional teams. The role emphasizes accuracy, responsiveness, and timely communication with clients to meet deadlines.

The position requires a Bachelor's degree and 3+ years' experience in mortgage collateral review, with proficiency in Excel and MS Office. Work is based in Boise with standard full-time hours and benefits.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• 3+ years’ experience reviewing, assessing, and curing mortgage collateral documents.
• Experience preferred in Specialist I or Client Services Support I roles.
• Some mortgage document knowledge is preferred.
• Strong research and problem-solving abilities with confidential data.
• Excellent data entry accuracy and attention to detail.

Responsabilités

• Create and deliver accurate trade reporting to clients per schedule.
• Perform ad hoc reporting as requested by clients and Trade/Portfolio Manager.
• Ensure client reports are ready at least 24 hours before calls.
• Review loan reports for progress and update tasks with teams as needed.
• Liaise with Functional/Reconciliation/Chain teams on high priority items.
• Resolve loan-level issues and discrepancies identified during reviews.
• Validate task assignments and Allonges for client tasks/portfolios.
• Support document creation/recording/cancellation requests from clients and internal teams.
• Retrieve custodian/seller images and upload into CAM; coordinate pre-settlement timelines.
• Perform other duties as assigned by manager.
