Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree in a related field required or equivalent combination of education and experience
• 3 or more years’ experience in reviewing mortgage collateral documents
• Prior experience in Specialist I, Client Services Support I preferred
• Mortgage document knowledge is a plus
• Strong data entry and reporting skills

Aufgaben

• Creation and timely delivery of accurate trade reporting to clients
• Complete ad hoc reporting as needed by Client and Trade/Portfolio Manager
• Ensure client reports are delivered at least 24 hours prior to scheduled calls
• Review trade level reports to ensure progress, update tasks, and communicate issues
• Coordinate with Functional/Reconciliation/Chain teams on high priority items
• Resolve loan level issues as assigned
• Identify and follow up on discrepancies in task coding or reporting
• Validate chain of assignments and Allonges as required
• Facilitate rush requests for document creation/recording/cancellation
• Retrieve custodian and seller images and upload into CAM; coordinate pre-settlement timelines
