Job summary

SitusAMC is hiring for a remote role focused on trade management and mortgage collateral services. The candidate will prepare timely client reports and support ad hoc requests, while coordinating with multiple teams to ensure timely progress and issue resolution.

Ideal applicants have a related bachelor's degree and 3+ years' experience with mortgage collateral documents, advanced Excel skills, and strong communication in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field required or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• 3+ years’ experience reviewing mortgage collateral documents or similar.
• Strong Excel skills including VLOOKUPs, PivotTables and formulas.

Responsibilities

• Creation and timely delivery of accurate trade reporting to clients per client schedule/calendar.
• Complete ad hoc reporting as requested by Client and Trade/Portfolio Manager.
• Ensure client reports are ready and provided to clients at least 24 hours prior to scheduled calls.
• Review trade level reports to ensure project progress and update tasks; escalate issues as needed.
• Communicate with Functional/Reconciliation/Chain teams on high priority deals/tasks.
• Resolve loan level issues as assigned by other areas.
• Identify discrepancies in reports and follow up to resolve.
