Job summary

SitusAMC is seeking a detail‑miented Trade Management & Collateral Analyst to support mortgage collateral reporting across multiple client trades. You will deliver timely, accurate trade and cash reports, handle ad hoc requests, and ensure reports are ready well before client calls.

Ideal candidates will have 3+ years in mortgage collateral review, strong Excel skills, and a proven ability to communicate with cross-functional teams while maintaining data integrity.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• 3+ years’ experience or expert level knowledge in reviewing mortgage collateral documents.
• Prior experience in Specialist I or Client Services Support I is preferred.
• Some mortgage related document knowledge is preferred.
• Ability to research and solve loan or task level escalations.
• Attention to detail in review and data entry from documents.
• Ability to compose professional correspondence for clients.
• Strong Excel skills (lookups, pivots, basic formulas) for large data sets.

Responsibilities

• Creation and timely delivery of accurate trade reporting to clients as scheduled.
• Complete ad hoc reporting as needed by Client and Trade/Portfolio Manager.
• Ensure client reports are ready at least 24 hours before scheduled calls.
• Review trade level reports to track progress and escalate issues.
• Communicate with Functional/Reconciliation/Chain teams on high priority tasks.
• Resolve loan level issues as assigned.
• Identify and follow up on discrepancies in task coding or reporting.
• Validate chain of assignments and document retrieval related to clients.
• Facilitate rush or ad hoc document creation/recording/retrieval as needed.
• Coordinate retrieval of custodian/seller images and pre-settlement timelines.
