SitusAMC is seeking a detail-oriented Mortgage Collateral Support Specialist to assist with trade and collateral reporting across client trades. You will deliver timely, accurate reports and coordinate with multiple teams to resolve issues while maintaining high service levels.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field required.
• 3+ years mortgage collateral document review experience.
• Proficient in Excel; advanced functions.
• Strong attention to detail and data accuracy.
• Ability to communicate professionally with clients.

Responsabilités

• Create and deliver accurate trade reporting to clients as per schedule.
• Complete ad hoc reporting as requested by Client and Trade/Portfolio Manager.
• Ensure client reports are ready at least 24 hours before scheduled calls.
• Review trade level reports and escalate issues to relevant teams.
• Communicate with Functional/Reconciliation/Chain teams on high priority tasks.
• Resolve loan level issues assigned by other departments.
• Identify discrepancies and follow up to resolve them.
• Validate chain of assignments and document retrieval for client tasks.
• Support rush requests and coordinate document creation/recording/delivery.
• Perform image retrieval and coordinate pre-settlement timelines.
