Job summary

Brown & Brown's Risk Solutions team is seeking a Client Services Administrator to join the team remotely. This role provides support services to commercial clients, fostering client satisfaction by establishing realistic expectations and delivering on time-sensitive commitments professionally.

Responsibilities include reviewing contracts for COI requirements, issuing COIs and auto ID cards, updating renewal information in databases, and maintaining confidentiality while adhering to policies.

Qualifications

• Minimum of three years of experience in commercial insurance.
• Knowledge and understanding of insurance legislation, rules, laws, and other regulations pertaining to the issuance of certificates of insurance and auto identification cards.
• Familiarity with insurance contracts and their provisions.
• Working knowledge of business office practices and procedures.

Responsibilities

• Review contracts and agreements for certificate of insurance requirements.
• Issue a high volume of certificates of insurance for assigned accounts.
• Issue a high volume of auto ID cards and workers' compensation posting notices for assigned accounts.
• Use various database systems containing relevant renewal information to support the issuance of certificates and auto ID updates.
• Attend training sessions and courses to maintain skills and licensing requirements.
• Maintain an appropriate level of confidentiality.
• Follow company policies and procedures.
• Provide administrative support as needed.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
