Brown & Brown is seeking a Client Services Administrator to join the Risk Solutions team remotely in the United States. You will support commercial clients by reviewing certificates of insurance, issuing COIs, and handling auto ID cards with timely, professional service.

The role emphasizes maintaining confidentiality, adhering to policies, and ongoing training to meet licensing requirements. Strong knowledge of commercial insurance and operations is essential.

Qualifications

• Minimum of three years of experience in commercial insurance.
• Knowledge and understanding of insurance legislation, rules, laws, and other regulations pertaining to the issuance of certificates of insurance and auto identification cards.
• Familiarity with insurance contracts and their provisions.
• Working knowledge of business office practices and procedures.

Responsibilities

• Review contracts and agreements for certificate of insurance requirements.
• Issue a high volume of certificates of insurance for assigned accounts.
• Issue a high volume of auto ID cards and workers' compensation posting notices for assigned accounts.
• Use various database systems containing relevant renewal information to support the issuance of certificates and auto ID updates.
• Attend training sessions and courses to maintain skills and licensing requirements.
• Maintain an appropriate level of confidentiality.
• Follow company policies and procedures.
• Provide administrative support as needed.
