Job summary

NBH Bank is seeking a Client Services & Solutions Specialist II in a virtual capacity to support the bank’s call center. You will assist clients with questions, complaints, and banking inquiries while maintaining courtesy and strong problem-solving in a multi-channel environment.

The role emphasizes fraud awareness and adherence to procedures to protect customers and the bank. Prior call center experience and bilingual English/Spanish abilities are valued assets.

Qualifications

• High School Education or equivalent.
• Minimum of 2 years of relevant job experience within a bank call center.
• Basic knowledge of call center protocol and client servicing experience.
• Basic level of work experience, knowledge, and training in call center environment.

Responsibilities

• Provide Online Banking and Bill Payment support across channels.
• Resolve client concerns and banking inquiries with courtesy and professionalism.
• Assist with fraud prevention by following established procedures.
• Stay compliant with regulations and bank policies, including BSA/OFAC.
