Job summary

BetterNight is seeking a Part-Time Client Service Representative to handle inbound calls in a fully remote call center. The role runs Mon-Fri, 6AM-11AM PST, with responsibilities including triage, scheduling, and patient education.

You will support the Growth & Experience team and help patients with sleep apnea services. The ideal candidate has strong communication skills, call center experience, and a commitment to patient care.

Qualifications

• Remote, busy call center experience is beneficial.
• Strong verbal and written communication and problem-solving skills required.
• Ability to de-escalate situations over the phone.
• Must be able to work standard business hours in PST.

Responsibilities

• Answer a high volume of inbound calls with first-class service.
• Provide information on services, devices, and appointments.
• Guide patients through web-based software to therapeutic outcomes.
• Explain copays and insurance coverage to patients and take payments by phone.
• Review patient records for accuracy and HIPAA compliance.
• Assist with scheduling and coordinate with healthcare team.
